    Love the content. As a head shaver with a large beard, I watch a lot of your razor reviews. I've been told the general rule for neckline is to trim to about two fingers(ish) above the adam's apple. Once you establish a larger beard, it's better in my opinion to let that go lower. Fullness comes from letting the neck line grow a bit. Also, grow it out, trim it back, grow it out and trim it back. Hair grows at different rates on your face. Have fun with a beard! :D

    Use a d e razor far better and cheaper and with plastic becoming a problem in landfill if you just follow these tips and videos like this, So you will do it without undue cuts which we all can get even on cartridge razors which Iam sure some will still use and these cartridge razors are getting so expensive which I have used in the past ?

    Hey question just ordered this. Would the Feather blades work with this or do you have to buy the bevel blades. Great review.

    • @averageguytested
      @averageguytested  2 года назад +1

      Thanks for watching. Yes, any DE blades will work. The Bevel blades are mild so I’d probably stick with something similar if you have sensitive skin. But if you use feather blades now you’ll be good with them with this razor.

    keep the beard its looks great, you can trim the beard on 4-5mm if you want for a more tidy and solid look, and of course always shave the neck lines as you did in this video.
    A completely smooth face is less suitable for you.

      By the way: is it just me or does Gillette Sensor Excel feel sharper and more aggressive on the skin than Mach 3 and Gillette Fusion?
      With Gillette Sensor Excel when I press a little more than I should I get nicks/cuts
      Which razor do you prefer Gillette Sensor Excel or Mach 3? Many Thanks have a nice day :)

    • @averageguytested

      @@averageguytested Nice ... it would be nice if in the next video you see how to shave only the neck lines with Gillette Sensor Excel/Mach 3, I sometimes have a hard time making a straight line with 2 or 3 blades.
      i tried double edge safety razor but i dont like it , its takes too long and i get often cuts with that.
